Serving our community since 2000.  Our students are our top priority.  

Ms. Rose, Artistic Director, has been sharing her passion for dance, yoga and wellness in Volusia County since 2000.  She loves working with students of all ages and levels. Her teaching style is rooted in foundation/technique and organic movement.  Her mission is to make dance that is accessible to everyone. She is the founder of the Mystique Jazz Ensemble, an adult dance revue that has been serving our county and beyond through outreach and community service performances since 2005.  

Ms. Rose's love of her Yogi lifestyle shines through in her teachings. She enjoys sharing the philosophy behind the practice of yoga and finds great joy in helping others to discover their path. She teaches regular gentle yoga classes and offers private sessions for those students interested in pursuing a yoga practice beyond the postures. She is the creator and coach  of the Choose Happiness Series which offers guidance with stress management, goal setting, meditation and more.

Ms. Rose is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Yoga Instructor with a specialty in Facilitated Stretch through NETA-National Exercise Trainers Assoc. She received her CYT500, CMT200,and specialty certification in Restorative  and Yin Yoga from The Yoga and Ayurveda Center in Bangor, PA.  She considers herself a lifelong student who shines her brightest when she is learning and fulfilling her life's purpose when she is sharing and helping others.
